Exchange Policies

1) Please contact eventuslink@gmail.com or call +65 6259 7106 for any exchange request.

2) Please provide the following details during your exchange request inquiry:

  • School name
  • Name of child
  • Class of child
  • Name of parent
  • Contact number
  • Contact email

3) All packing slips need to be included for the exchange requests.

4) All uniforms must not bee washed and worn (exclude trying).

5) All uniforms need to be in original packaging.

6) Any exchange of uniforms only able to exchange in set (same size for top and bottom).

7) The exchange requests will be delivered to schools in accordance with the regular delivery schedule.

8) The valid duration for exchange requests is within one month after the delivery to school.
